What is REALHACK?

RealHack is the utmost venture initiated by Software Engineering students of University of Kelaniya in 2018. It is a 24-hour coding competition, open to all university students island-wide and is organized by the Software Engineering Students’ Association of University of Kelaniya.


To the passionate programmers who acquire skills through practice, RealHack is the place to be.

RealHack is for the designers who can visualize thinking.

To the ones who don't have much difference between day & night.

JANUARY 04th
Open for Registrations

Register your team by filling the form provided.

JANUARY 14th
Registrations closed

Closing the registrations

JANUARY 27th
Pre Hack

All the registered teams have to participate for a competition.

FEBRUARY 3rd
Team Announcement

Teams advancing to the final round will be announced.

APRIL 20th
RealHack

All the contestants will be finding solutions for a given problem scenario.

APRIL 21st
Award Ceremony

Winners of the RealHack will be announced followed by the award ceremony in University of Kelaniya.

End of Events

Rules & Regulations

All participants must be undergraduates of any recognized University or Higher Educational Institute.
Each team should consist of a maximum of 4 members and a minimum of 2 members
All teams must compete in the pre-hack
